Project Management
Our full-time, devoted project managers are critical thinkers, they have excellent communications skills, and they manage each process and project professionally and knowledgeably.
Duties of the Project Manager:
• Analyze processes and plan projects appropriately to meet the needs of each title.
• Prepare a project schedule or adhere to the customer’s schedule; regularly update project status reports.
• Log in all work and manage all production editorial tasks.
• Interface with authors, editors, proofreaders, publishers, indexers, and printers.
• Serve as the bridge between the customer and the production team.
